How do I get a HH that was mailed to Colorado and is there in a letterbox to come back to Connecticut but not by mail? We would like to see it move back or is mailing the only way???It's 'Moaning Myrtle' (from Harry Potter). Any suggestions???

If you can track down its current location (sounds like you know it...) you
could maybe get the next finder to add a note requesting it move East,
preferabbly great distances?
